Funding options
As soon as you are enrolled as a student, you can apply for scholarships; you can find an overview on the 'Funding opportunities' page. The university regularly presents possible funding programs at information events. The application process, selection procedures, funding periods and much more are explained at these events.
Depending on the program, funding is provided for semesters abroad, for example, but students in higher semesters are also supported in the preparation of their final theses or similar. At the Faculty of Design, Prof. Sibylle Klose and Barbara Dofek are the contact persons for scholarships in connection with study visits abroad - simply visit them in room G1.110, Holzgartenstr. 36, or call 07231 - 28 6786.
Jobs for students
The School of Design is always in need of support in various areas and offers temporary paid positions for students (as tutors, assistants, etc.). When positions are available, they are posted on our internal communication platform Incom. There, we also publish job and internship advertisements sent to us by companies on Incom.
